Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ottawa, an IHG Hotel

New hotel with very well thought out modern conveniences including step in showers and easy access common area. The staff in particular was exceptional, going way beyond the call of duty to cater to the very large number of cyclists staying that weekend for a world class bicycle gravel race in a nearby town. There was plenty of parking and wide lots which are particularly great when a bike rack is hanging off the vehicle hitch in back.

Front desk staff very welcoming, friendly and provided all info needed. Plenty of breakfast options. Dining room kept clean, food was hot and tasted good. Not lacking in quantity of food. The bed was extremely comfortable, including the pillows. Out of the 4 hotels I stayed at this trip this Holiday Inn was the best.

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Linens and towels fresh.

Everything about our stay was great - complimentary water, lemonade and cookies was a real bonus - would book a stay again.
